Privacy Policy
Your progress belongs to you. This page explains what data exists and how to control it.
Data processed
The app processes the data you record yourself: habits, commitments, non-completion classifications (unforeseen event, reprioritization and concession) and daily reflections, plus the account identifier provided by Sign in with Apple.
Purpose
This data exists only to display your history, your consistency and the Discipline Index inside the app.
Sharing
Your personal records are not sold. Any infrastructure providers process data solely to operate the service.
Control
In Settings you can adjust notifications, account and display preferences. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
